O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to measure the property situated in S.Nos.209/1B, 209/2, 209/3B, 208/1, 203/2I1 of Naraiyur Village, Kizhpennatur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, by considering his representation dated 08.07.2024, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner the above mentioned property originally belonged to him and he sold the property to M/s.Kabenergy Private Ltd. The Purchaser filed an application before the first respondent seeking survey of the land sold by the petitioner, the said application is kept pending. The petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent seeking survey of the land, the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Even as per the case of the petitioner he already sold the property to M/s.Kabenergy Private Ltd and hence, the petitioner is not owner of the property. Therefore, the petitioner is not entitled to maintain this Writ Petition when the present owner is not before this Court.
