Prayer : This Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure code, to transfer the investigation in crime No.54 of 2009 on the file of the third respondent Police to CBCID or any other competent Police and to investigate the same in accordance with law and to file a final report before the competent Court.

ORDER
The prayer in the present petition is for direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.54 of 2009, on the file of the third respondent Police to CBCID or any other competent investigation authority.
2. When the petition was taken up for hearing today i.e., 09.05.2017, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted a report dated 27.02.2013 stating that the respondents have dropped further action in Crime No.54 of 2009. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
As such, the prayer sought for in the present petition cannot be granted.
3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed. No costs.
