Mr. T. Ramkumar COMMON ORDER Since the petitioners and the disputes involved in both the petitions are one and the same, they are taken up together and a common order is being passed.

These Writ Petitions have ben filed to call for the records on the file of the Presiding Officer, I Additional Labour Court, Chennai and quash the Award dated 06.07.2024 passed in O.P. Nos.162 and 161 of 2019

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the Petitioner / Management filed Writ Petition Nos.25383 and 25387 of 2024 challenging the O.P.Nos.162 and 161 of 2019 dated 06.07.2024 passed in favour of the private respondents. However, during the pendency of the Writ Petitions, the matter was compromised between the petitioner and the respondents and thereby filed a Memo of Compromise to that effect before this Court.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / Management and the learned counsel appearing for the

respondents that the matter was compromised in between the petitioner and the respondents and that they have filed a Memo of Compromise before this Court, the present Writ Petitions are disposed of, in terms of Compromise Memo and Settlement and the Memo of Compromise and Settlement shall form part and parcel of the order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
