O R D E R

Though the petitioner herein has raised several grounds challenging the final report filed in the year 2016, this Court is of the view that all these grounds could be established in the course of trial and that there may not be proper ground for quashing the complaint at this stage. This Court is not entitled to go into the merits raised by the petitioner since the same is appearing before the trial Court.

3.Nevertheless, if the trial Court is called up on to complete the proceedings within a stipulated time, ends of justice could be secured.

4.In the light of the above observation, the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai-1 shall endeavor to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.16279 of 2006 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above observation, this criminal original petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
