pri 2.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that this Court vide order dated 28.11.2022 made in W.P.No.31680 of 2022 directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2022 and to pass appropriate orders, pursuant to which, the respondent has passed order dated 09.08.2023.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
