A.No.6958 of 2019 has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the interim application pleadings, and schedule in the above interim application in A.No.5968 of 2016 in the above suit.

A.No.6959 of 2019 has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the interim application pleadings, prayer and schedule in the above interim application in OA.No.1022 of 2016 in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing these applications.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of no serious objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, these applications are allowed.
