This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent police to execute the non-bailable 1/4

warrant dated 11.11.2020 issued in C.C.No.477 of 2016 by the Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Alandur against the second respondent herein.

2. The matter was listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance' today.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the non-bailable warrant was executed and the accused person was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Alandur, on 11.09.2023 and that the accused person was also remanded to custody at Central Prison I, Puzhal. The relevant materials were also placed before this Court.
