(Order of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Complaining disobedience of the order dated 24.04.2024 made in the Writ Appeal No.1627 of 2021, this contempt petition has been initiated. We find that the order dated 24.04.2024 only confirms the order of the learned Single Judge dated 09.11.2020 made in WP No.11399 of 2006. There is no positive direction issued by the Division Bench, therefore we do not see any reason to entertain this contempt.
2. We make it clear that it will be open to the petitioner to move the learned Single Judge complaining of contempt of the order dated 09.11.2020 made in WP No.11399 of 2006. The Contempt Petition is therefore closed.
