This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the Petitioner to appear before the Respondent police at 10.30 am on every Monday until further orders on 17.07.2023 in Crl.MP.No.9592 of in Crl.OP.No.10492 of 2023 dated 02.06.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court on 17.07.2023 in Crl.MP.No.9592 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.10492 of 2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
