This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.40 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that final report has already been filed in this case before the Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.1836 of 2022.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised, in the manner known to law.
