This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P. No. 15796 of 2023, dated 18.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
