We had disposed of the appeal on 16.07.2024 giving certain directions to the 3rd respondent.

2. It is now brought to our notice that the 3rd respondent should have been mentioned as Sub-Registrar, Nagore instead it was mentioned as SubRegistrar, Nagapattinam.

3. Hence, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to amend the cause title describing the 3rd respondent as Sub-Registrar Office, Nagore instead of Sub-Registrar Office, Nagapattinam.

4. Upon amendment, the Registry is directed to issue amended copy of the order.
