This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli, on 08.06.2017, in Crl.M.P.No.2679 of 2017. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that, based on the order passed by the Court below, an FIR was registered in Crime No.16 of 2017 and the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli. 3.In view of the above development, the relief sought for in the present petition has become infructuous and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent police to get the final report numbered before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
