This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to the Petitioner that "the Petitioner is directed to report before the Respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 am, until further orders"

on 19.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9609 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10598 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the charge sheet has been filed in this matter and the same was taken on file as Spl.SC.No.52 of 2023 by the Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioners is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioners have to appear before the Court, concerned.
