Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to conduct joint survey and demarcate the boundaries of petitioner's property in S.No.120/7, to an extent of 1500 sq.ft. situated at Boganapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District based on his application dated 05.08.2021 within a stipulated time.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents 2 to 4 to conduct joint survey and demarcate the boundaries of petitioner's property in S.No.120/7, to an extent of 1500 sq.ft. situated at Boganapalli Village, Krishnagiri https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taluk, Krishnagiri District based on his application dated 05.08.2021 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard, Mr.M.R.Jothimanian, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted application to survey and demarcate the boundaries of his property, which is pending. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 05.08.2021 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the fourth respondent and the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to conduct joint survey and demarcate the boundaries of petitioner's property in S.No.120/7, to an extent of 1500 sq.ft. situated at Boganapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
