This petition is filed to condone the delay of 81 days in filing the appeal.

2. It is a case of injury and appeal is directed only against the quantum of award of Rs.1,46,382 /-, which is awarded in the year 2016 in MCOP.No.804 of 2013.

3.Notice could not be served on the respondents till date. The service of notice is held sufficient and the delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal if the papers are otherwise in order.
