Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking writ of Mandamus or order or direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2023 and 27.01.2024 for taking action against the respondents 3 and 4 herein. ORDER

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 01.04.2023 and 27.01.2024 for taking action against the respondents 3 and 4 herein. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that, in order to conduct a preliminary enquiry, as a first step, the said representations has been forwarded to the concerned department. And after receipt of the report from the concerned department and depending on the inputs received, the respondents 1 and 2 will deal with the same in accordance with law. 2/4

Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
