Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records relating to the detention order in C.O.C.No.33/2022 dated 03.09.2022 passed by the 2nd respondent under the Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondent to produce the petitioner's son RAJESH S/o.KALYANASUNDARAM aged about 29 years the detenue, now confined in Central Prison, Thiruchirappalli before this Court and set the petitioner's son RAJESH S/o.KALYANASUNDARAM aged about 29 years the detenue herein at liberty.

detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 18.10.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.6863, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.

4. Recording the above said submission, captioned Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of as closed.
