This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.162 of 2014, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other investigating agency. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that on 23.04.2015, the respondent police have already filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarapuram.
