C.M.P.Nos.19302 of 2024 in W.A.Sr.No.114093 of 2023 M.S.RAMESH, J., and M.JOTHIRAMAN, J., (Order of this Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH.J.,) Ms.S.Pavithra, learned counsel for the appellant / Transport Corporation would submit that owing to certain administrative reasons, they could not comply with the earlier order of this Court dated 26.07.2024 and that they are now willing to pay the cost of Rs.3,000/- as ordered therein.

2. We are inclined to accept the explanation rendered by the learned counsel for the appellant. Accordingly, the order dated 26.07.2024 passed in C.M.P.No.13793 of 2024 stands recalled and this petition stands ordered. Consequently, the delay of 265 days in representation of the Writ Appeal stands condoned on the condition that the appellant / Transport Corporation pays cost of Rs.3,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee within a week from today.
