Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records of the detention on 17.07.2024 in detention order C.O.C.No.30/2024 on the file of the second respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the person and body of the detenue Ramesh S/o Mariyappan Hindu aged about 50 years who is now confined in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before the Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
