2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, the respondent police filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance, which is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Alandur, and nothing survives in this petition.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
