This petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order dated 30.08.2022 passed by the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai in O.A.No. 41 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that on 20.05.2023, the Waqf Superintendent Office, Coimbatore issued photo copy of the order dated 30.08.2022 to him and only then, he came to know about the above proceedings. Hence, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
