Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Rc.No.1546/2022/A4 dated 04.09.2022 passed by the 5th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 5th respondent to fill up vacancies by following the G.O.(Ms).No.44 Labour and Employment (T2) Department dated 11.03.2015. ORDER
When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasions ie., 17.10.2022 and 12.03.2025, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 17.03.2025 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Even today, ie., 17.03.2025, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. Thus, it is evident that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter. 2/4
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
