ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.10.2021 for the offences under Sections 366 of IPC, and Section 5 (l), 5(j)(ii), 6 of protection Children from Sexual Offence Act 2012 in Crime No.524 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner kidnapped the victim girl who is aged about 15 years from the school itself and had committed penetrative sexual assault with her, thereby, she impregnated the victim girl. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and that he had been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate would raise objection stating that the victim girl is only aged about 15 years and the investigation is still pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that there was a serious allegations levelled against the petitioner and the investigation has not been completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
