A.No.4694 of 2024 is filed by the applicant/plaintiff to issue subpoena to the Sub Registrar, Mylapore Registration Office, Mylapore, Chennai-600 004 to bring the documents relating to the registered sale deed dated 27.10.1963, registered as Document No.1712/1963, more particularly the documents containing the original signatures of the Testator in the official records viz., The book kept for obtaining signature as well as thumb impression from both the vendor and purchaser, the duplicate sale deed document No.1712/1963.

A.No.4696 of 2024 is filed by the applicant/plaintiff to issue subpoena to the Tahsildar/Civil Supplies Department, Mylapore Taluk Office, Abiramapuram, Chennai-600 026 to bring the relevant records relating to the Ration Card bearing No.02/G/0754879 issued during the period of 2005-2009 and till the date of his death i.e on 22.5.2012 to show that the name of the Family head is Kishtappa Naidu and not Krishnappa Naidu as claimed by the respondents 3 to 5.

2. There is no representation for the respondents/defendants.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these two applications are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to issue subpoena to both the Sub Registrar, Mylapore Registration Office, Mylapore, Chennai-600 004 and the Tahsildar/Civil Supplies Department, Mylapore Taluk Office, Abiramapuram, Chennai-600 026.

5. Registry is directed to list the matter before the Additional Master-IV, for recording evidence on 30.10.2024.
