The petitioners hav filed this petition to quash the FIR in Crime in Crime No.51 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police, for the offences under Sections 8(C) read with 20(b)(ii)(A) NDPS Act, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.51 of 2022 and also filed a charge sheet against the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Virudhachalam.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
