The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 06.01.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Today (03.03.2016), the President of the petitioner Association, by name, Mr.K.S.Kannan is present before this Court. He would submit that the letter said to have given to the respondents was not given by the competent person. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the view that it is a fit case to re-open the case and enquire the matter afresh. Therefore, the respondents are directed to expedite the enquiry and follow the dictum laid down in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out. The President of the petitioner Association, namely, Mr.K.S.Kannan is directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry on 09.03.2016 along with all the relevant documents. 5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
