This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the 1st Respondent (viz.) Inspector of Police, Mettur Police Station, Salem District in Crime No.96 of 2019 to the file of the 2nd respondent (viz.) Inspector of Police, CBCID, Salem District. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a status report stating that, in order to complete the investigation the first respondent has to collect the call details of the deceased and suspected persons and examine some more witnesses and after the completion of the above, the first respondent will be able to proceed further and submits a final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
report in accordance with law before the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
