O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.07.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. In the affidavit, it is stated that one Lakshmi conducted a monthly chit. The said Lakshmi asked the petitioner herein to join in the said chit and instructed the petitioner to pay Rs.4000/- per month. She stated that the maturity amount is Rs.1,08,000/- and it will be disbursed to the petitioner in the month of February 2014. The petitioner regularly paid the chit auction amount and the same matured in the month of February, 2014. When the petitioner demanded the chit amount after the maturity period, she was abused with filthy language. Hence, a complaint was lodged on 14.07.2014. During the course of enquiry in the said complaint, the said Lakshmi accepted the chit transaction and assured that she would pay the amount. But, she did not pay the said amount. taken by the respondent police. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh complaint along with a copy of this order to the 2nd respondent herein. On receipt of the said complaint the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and upon enquiry, if the materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.
