This petition has been filed to call for the records and to quash the FIR 12 of 2017 now pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Mylapore, the first respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the entire case records has been transferred to the file of Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Ulsoor, Karnataka and no case is pending as against the petitioners on the file of the first respondent police.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
