ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing the second and third respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that based on the complaint given by the counter party, the enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed. Therefore, no petition or enquiry is pending as against the petitioner herein.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner under the guise of

enquiry and harass him.
