Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.9405 of 2024 dated 08.04.2024. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.530/2022/A1 dated 02.12.2024 indicating that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9405 of 2024 has been complied with, thereby pleaded to close the present Contempt Petition, as nothing survives for further adjudication.
