O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.8571 of 2024 dated 28.03.2024.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted an affidavit of the 2nd respondent. The relevant portions are extracted hereunder:

"4.It is submitted that based on the above order passed by the Hon'ble High Court, Madras, on 23.05.2024 at about 10.30 hours, The Inspector of Police along with her police parties given a police protection to Tahsildar, Sooramangalam, Salem District to survey the land in survey no.2/11B situated in Block No.7, Ward No.C, Azhagapuram Village, Salem Town, Salem District and complied the order of this Hon'ble High Court, Madras."

3.A copy of the certificate issued by the Tahsildar, Sooramangalam, Salem District, was also placed before this Court. 2/4
