ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is filed by the revision petitioner challenging the order passed by the Court below allowing E.A.No.1 of 2021 filed to revive execution petition in E.P.No.650 of 2004 in O.S.No.3170 of 2003 filed by the respondents 1 to 9 herein.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed an undertaking affidavit stating that the petitioner undertake to vacate and handover vacant possession of the suit property in O.S.No.3170 of 2003 on the file of the XII Assistant Judge, City Civil Judge, Chennai. The undertaking affidavit filed by the revision petitioner is taken on file.
3. In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner, he is given time till 28.02.2023 to handover the vacant possession of the suit property in O.S.No.3170 of 2003 to the 1st respondent/decree holder. 2/4
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.11.2022 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No dm To The X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
