Respondents Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent herein for willfully and wantonly violating the order of this Court dated 04.03.2024 passed in W.P.No. 5422 of 2024.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 04.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5422 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 16.12.2023 and 20.12.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioners was rejected on 18.10.2024. She also produced a copy of the order dated 18.10.2024 passed by the respondent, before this Court.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
