Respondents in W.P.No.25797 of 2025 PRAYER in W.P.No.25797 of 2025: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the tender notice in Na.Ka.No.421/2025/E1 dated 27.06.2025 (published on 30.07.2025), quash the same and direct the respondents to call for the fresh tender notice and process the tender through online e-tender as per rule 4A of Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Rules, 2000 and the Government Order in G.O.Ms.93 dated 30.03.2023, Finance (salaries) Department by affording opportunity to all the eligible contractors including the petitioner to participate in the tender in free and fair manner.
