Crl.M.P. No.12072 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.25344 of 2023 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the 1st respondent police everyday morning at 10.30 am and evening at 5.30 pm until further orders as ordered in Crl.M.P.No.1091 of in Crl.O.P.No.25344/2023 dated 23.07.2024, against crime no.173/2023, on the file of the respondent police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioners had complied with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
