Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner is unable to comply with order since he is suffering from severe spondylitis, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
