.. Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct a speedy enquiry on the petitioner's Appeal, dated 11.06.2013, within a time bound manner.

Heard Mr.K.M.Subrahmaniam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Senthilvel, learned Government Advocate, accepting notice on behalf of respondents. With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for disposal.

2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct a speedy enquiry on the petitioner's Appeal, dated 11.06.2013, within a time bound manner.

3. It is not in dispute that the Appeal petition filed by the petitioner is pending before the second respondent and the last hearing date was on 29.07.2015 at 11.00 a.m. The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition only for the purpose of expediting the hearing of the Appeal. It is not known as to what is the stage of the matter and whether the rival claims have been heard and in any event the Appeal should be disposed of in a time bound manner.

4. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the Appeal Petition filed by the petitioner dated 11.06.2013 after conducting a full-fledged enquiry of all the persons, including the petitioner and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
