ORDER
The above Transfer Petition has been filed the wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.48 of 2020, filed by the husband for divorce on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.
2. The petitioner would submit that now she is residing at Chennai with her minor child. The petitioner is working in Tamilnadu Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Limited, Chennai. The petitioner would further submit that the distance between Chennai and Tirunelveli is around 623 Kms and it would be very difficult for her to travel to Tirunelveli to attend every hearing with her minor child.
3. The respondent though served has not entered appearance.
4. Admittedly, the petitioner is residing with her minor child at Chennai. She is working with the Tamilnadu Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Limited, Chennai. Considering the fact that the petitioner is working at Chennai and also taking into account the distance and difficulties involved in the travel it is not advisable to make the petitioner travel to Tirunelveli for attending the hearing at the Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli.

5. In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.48 of 2020 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tirunelvi is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.
