809 OF 2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.RC.NO.809 OF 2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.MURALI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.S.SUDARSANSAM on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner from surrendering before the learned Principle Session Judge, Krishnagiri, in Crl.A.No.56/2017, in view of the order passed by the learned Principle Session Judge, Krishnagiri directing the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Hosur-II, be and hereby is exempted.
