ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer the investigation in connection with Crime No.1357 of 2016 pending on the file of the 4th respondent herein to some other independent investigation agency by appreciating the above facts and circumstances. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner being the defacto complainant was never been examined by the 4th respondent. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that almost all the witnesses have been examined and they are about to file a final report in Crime No.1357 of 2016.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 4 th respondent is hereby directed to examine the petitioner / defacto complainant and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
