This application has been filed to condone the delay of 415 days to grant leave for the 3rd defendant to file the photocopy of Additional documents namely 1) E-mails between 3rd defendant and Hindu Newspaper publishing company 2) payment receipt to Hindu Newspaper publishing company 3) Hindu E-paper dated 18.08.2018 4) Whatsapp conversation of 3rd defendant with the 1st defendant agent viz., cell No.860892391 5) Whatsapp conversation between 1st and 3rd defendant and 6) FIR against 1st defendant, before this court and receive the same in evidence

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in this affidavit filed in support of this application and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, this application is allowed.
5. Registry is directed to list the matter before the learned Additional Master for recording evidence on 02.01.2025.
6. Post the main suit on 02.01.2025.
