This petition has been filed for extension of time for executing sureties as per the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.16949/2024 dated 19.07.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner is unable to comply with order as he was unable to arrange the sureties within time, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
