These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to restore the Crl.R.C.Nos.1264, 1265, 1266 &1269 of 2022, which were dismissed for default on 14.09.2022.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit the Petitioner had complied with the order of this Court dated 05.09.2022. Hence, he would pray for the restoration of the above Criminal Revision cases.

3. In view of the above, the Crl.R.C.Nos.1264, 1265, 1266 &1269 of 2022 are restored to the file.
