(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.Rahul Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, taking notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 172 days in filing the appeal.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has filed a review after the impugned judgment was delivered. The review was disposed of recently.

4. Considering the reasons given in the application, the delay caused in filing the writ appeal is condoned.

5. This application is allowed.

6. List the appeal along with W.A.No.1002 of 2022 on 18.7.2023.
