In view of the limited prayer made in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion regarding the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 23.07.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court. 4.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
