The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7477 of 2024 dated 26.03.2024 viz., the petitioners shall stay at Krishnagiri for 20 days and appear before the Krishnagiri Town Police Station every day at 10.30 am and thereafter the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners have not complied with the conditions imposed on them.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the petitioners had not complied with the conditions, this Court decline to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
