ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent/Corporation submitted that the order passed by this court in W.P.No. 13920 of 2024 dated 24.05.2024 has been stayed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in CMP.No. 8368 of 2025 in W.A.No. 1036 of 2025, dated 04.04.2025.

2. In view of the interim stay granted by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach this Court after disposal of the writ appeal W.A.No. 1036 of 2025, if so advised.
